The latest Adobe Reader DC did not help to prevent the issue.
We use Citrix Published Desktops with XenApp 6.5 and Windows Server 2008 R2. After some time of inactivity (30-90 mins) in the DMS, the application crashes (see error logs below). We use a document management system, which uses Adobe Reader 11.0.13 in an embedded view.
